IL12P40-selective antibodies were generated against a C-terminal peptide taken from human IL12P40 protein 1 (IL12P40 subunit). The IL12P40 subunit-selective antibodies are affinity purified on an immobilized antigen based affinity matrix, the isolated antibodies were then stabilized in antibody stabilization buffer for long-term storage.
